The watches displayed on this website are the personal collection of Mohammed Abdul Asad Aleem ( known as Asad Khan ).

I am an Indian, born and brought up in Hyderabad, India and I have been living in Kuwait since 1979. I pursue a full-time professional career in finance and also in the business of Gold Jewellery here in Kuwait.

My passion for collecting watches has its birth in my childhood days. My maternal grand-father regaled in relating anecdotes about my Great-grandfather – Nawab Naser Nawaz-ud-Douwlah Bahadur. My Great-grandfather had a life-long personal association with the Nizam of Hyderabad ( who was the last king of the Asifjahi Dynasty and also the wealthiest man in 1950's ). One of the Nobles of Nizam was known as Salar Jung Bahadur. Salar Jung was a persona with impeccable taste and during his life time; he acquired a priceless collection of artifacts and arts; after his death, this collection has been housed in the Salar Jung Museum, which is a must-see for tourists to Hyderabad.

My Great-grandfather had a fairly large collection of artifacts , arts and fine watches which upon his death was inherited by his sons & grandsons.

My earliest fine watch was a Seiko Chronograph, gifted to me by my father; during his visit to Kuwait in 1973. The next watch that I had was again a gift of appreciation from my ex-employers in Kuwait ( AB Electrolux, Sweden); and it was a Nevada.

My own collection had a very humble beginning; an Omega Constellation, which was all I could afford in those early days. However from then on my collection has grown today to over approximately 400 wrist watches and close to 50 pocket watches, including a dozen pocket minute repeaters approximately. However I will recommend you to see my own time watches, the selection of which has given me immense satisfaction and constitutes the center-piece of my collection.
